This stunning porcelain vase, created by award winning artist Cathy Franzi, celebrates Wedge-leaved wattle, a plant with ecological and cultural significance to the Canberra Region. Wedge-leaved wattle occurs naturally in the lowland river systems of the Murrumbidgee River. This piece has been hand made by throwing the form on the wheel, followed by hand carving, glazing and firing. The presentation of the vase is completed with its own packaging and information card.
