These unique and handcrafted cheese knives are made from Australian cattle horn and fine Italian pewter. The horn is sourced from outback cattle stations across Northern Australia, sanded in at least five stages before polish is applied, leaving a very fine tactile surface. They come presented in a hand made leather pouch.
Please note, the colour of the horn varies from piece to piece - ranging from light to dark brown or black, often with grey and white markings throughout. The photograph is an example only and a beautiful piece will be selected for you from our available stock.
