This neckpiece by Melbourne-based jeweller Shimara Carlow, is reticulated and formed, with whitened leaves of sterling silver, each with 18ct gold beads in the centre. Shimara's practice and jewellery is inspired by natural forms, primarily seed pods. Having studied at the Glasgow School of Art, Shimara’s work has been included in exhibitions at the Victoria and Albert Museum, Somerset House and the London Craft Fair.
