This stunning porcelain vase, created by award winning artist Cathy Franzi, celebrates the Drooping Sheoak, a plant with ecological and cultural significance to the Canberra Region. The Drooping Sheoak flourishes in the urban bushland of Canberra Nature park and is an important food source for the endangered Glossy Black Cockatoo. This piece has been hand made by throwing the form on the wheel, followed by hand carving, glazing and firing. The presentation of the vase is completed with its own packaging and information card.
